Brittany R. Sciarillo, M.A., BCBA
Vice President


Brittany is a South Texas native and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University where she graduated magna cum laude. She went on to earn a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake where her research focused on behavioral interventions for severe behavior disorders. Brittany also completed the LoneStar LEND fellowship program based out of the Texas Medical Center which focused on leadership education in autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Brittany has been working with learners with autism and developmental disabilities for the past 8 years. She has worked in various clinical settings including early intervention, severe behavior disorders, and verbal behavior. She also has experience doing school district consultation including teacher and paraprofessional training, as well as in-home parent training.

Brittany has been with EBH for 2 years and enjoys working with all the dedicated staff. Her special areas of interest include supervising and training future behavior analysts, teacher training, and serving learners with severe behavior disorders as well as toilet training. Additionally, she has a passion for advocacy at the local, state and national level.

Brittany recently got married and enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, Dixie and Porter.  On Saturdays in the fall, you can find them all watching Texas Aggie football!


Amit Nadkarni, M.A., BCBA
Business Liaison


Amit is a Native Texan, born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX.  He completed his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Psychology, with a Global Studies minor, at Drury University in Springfield, MO.  Amit then furthered his training in behavior analysis in Boston, MA.  He completed his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christi.  Following the completion of his master's degree, Amit completed his Board Certification in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas Board Certified Behavior Analysis program in Denton, TX.

Amit has been working with individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum, developmental disabilities, behavioral disturbances, and psychological disorders since 2002.  He has worked in in-home settings, hospitals, clinics, schools, and natural environments settings providing early intervention services, behavioral management, verbal behavior, and parent trainings.  Amit has also been a part of a diagnostic team determining the diagnosis of autism and/or related developmental disabilities, alongside a developmental pediatrician, speech pathologist, and occupational therapist.

Amit co-founded Pediatric Rehabilitation and Behavioral Services, now Empower Behavioral Health, and The Children's SPOT in 2011.  He currently works with the management team, and directors of both facilities, and continues to assist in providing direct therapy.

When he is not at the clinic, you will find him enjoying the foothills of the Sierra Mountains in Clovis, CA with his wonderful wife, Jankhna Nadkarni, and 7-year-old Lab Retriever, Bowe.


Meaghan Kirchner, M.Ed., BCBA
Clinical Supervisor (Northeast San Antonio)


After teaching elementary school students with developmental disorders in the Austin area for the past eight years, Meaghan recently moved home to San Antonio!  She received her Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and is dually certified to teach general and special education.  She received her Master's degree from Texas State University in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism and became a BCBA in 2014.  Meaghan joined the EBH team in the fall of 2016 and is excited to bring her interests in teaching social skills, communication, and challenging behavior reduction to the team!

Meaghan enjoys spending time with her husband and year old son and watching those Fightin' Texas Aggies!


Anna Sciarillo, M.A., BCBA
Manager of Clinical Operations (Brazos Valley)


Anna is a proud native of Houston, Texas. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2013 and went on to pursue her Master's from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she studied special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. While finishing her Master's degree, she completed her practicum at EBH. Anna became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Fall of 2015.

Anna has been working with individuals with disabilities for the last 5 years in various settings including clinic-based treatment, in-home, and community. Her behavioral interests include early intervention, feeding, functional communication training, and severe behavior. She joined the EBH team shortly after moving to San Antonio in 2013 and loves the collaborative spirit and teamwork. 

Anna is a big sports fan and enjoys cheering on her LSU Tigers during college football season! In her free time, you can find Anna watching Netflix, baking up a new recipe, or playing with her dog, Tobias.


Emily Treadway, M.A., BCBA
Clinical Director (Northwest San Antonio)


Emily is a native of Houma, Louisiana.  She earned her Bachelor's degree in 2013 from Louisiana State University and went on to complete her Master's degree in Special Education, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2015.  After working in the field of ABA since 2012, Emily joined EBH's team in 2013, and became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) shortly thereafter.  She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the Fall of of 2015.

Emily really enjoys the collaborative part of her job and the professionalism of all the employees at EBH. Additionally, EBH's intensive feeding and early intervention programs have been a regular part of her program implementation, and she hopes to expand her research in these areas.  Since becoming certified, Emily has also thoroughly enjoyed helping to train the future BCBAs of EBH.

On the weekends, Emily enjoys watching LSU and Saints football with her husband, cooking, and spending time with her family and dog, Daisy. 


Marilyse Tucker, M.S., BCBA
Clinical Supervisor (Northeast San Antonio)


Marilyse is a West Texas native who relocated to the DFW area to attend school at Texas Christian University.  She became interested in woring with children with developmental disabilities while volunteering at the Kinderfrogs school there.  She went on to work as a behavior technician at Child Study Center in Fort Worth.  In the fall of 2013, Marilyse began her coursework for her Master's Degree at the University of North Texas, majoring in Behavior Analysis.  She graduated with her Master's in December 2016 and will be sitting for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst examination in February of 2017.  Throughout her undergraduate and graduate career, she remained active within the behavior analysis community, from participating in fundraising events, to being employed in various behavior analytic settings.

Marilyse joined EBH in 2016 and knew that this is the place she was meant to work for.  She is always in awe of the staff's passion for the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and the work ethic of the staff.  She is excited to be able to apply her interests in staff training, program development, and her interest in social skills, to EBH's stellar program.

After work, Marilyse drives back to her home to cheer TCU on to victory with her husband, Dason, and two dogs, Smokey and Penny.


Louisa A. Hussein, M.A., BCBA
Clinical Supervisor (Northeast San Antonio)


Louisa grew up in Kansas and received her Bachelor of General Studies in Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2013.  She then attended the University of Houston- Clear Lake where she earned her Master's in Behavior Analysis.

Louisa has had seven years of clinical experience working one-on-one with typically developing individuals and individuals with developmental disabilities.  During Louisa's career, she has worked with learners focusing on early intervention, reducing severe challenging behaviors, and increasing verbal behavior.  Throughout her experience, she has had the opportunity to teach caregivers, teachers, and paraprofessionals to implement various principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to better support their children or students.

Louisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and experiencing new adventures, playing group sports, and creating DIY projects.


Armando Botti, M.A., BCBA
Treating Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Northwest San Antonio)


Armando graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and received a Master's degree in Special Education, with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, from the University of Texas at San Antonio.  He previously volunteered at the Rio Grande State Hospital for one year and worked in an in-home setting for two years.  Armando has worked with children, teenagers, and adults ranging in age from 4 years old to 32 years old.

Armando enjoys playing racquetball, soccer, and basketball, as well as going to the movies and attending sporting events.


Jaimi Mueller, M.A., BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst- PRN (Northeast San Antonio)


Jaimi is a recently credentialed Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  After receiving her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University in 2007, and working for 2 years in the business world, she realized her heart was with students with developmental disabilities.  She returned to school to work on her Master's in Special Education and graduated in 2014 from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

Jaimi spent several years volunteering with students who have developmental disabilities and did her supervision and practicum at the University of Texas at San Antonio's TEAM Center for a year.  She began her employment at EBH in 2014 and has enjoyed working with older students, teaching social skills, and teaching independent living skills.

Jaimi enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids, hunting, fishing, and doing Crossfit.

Elisabeth Pettiway, B.S. HCM
Office Manager/Executive Assistant


Elisabeth is from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from the Baptist School of Health Professions, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.  For many years, Elisabeth worked in the hospitality industry, until she felt the need to provide service to others on a different scale.  As a result, she joined the healthcare industry a little over 4 years ago and start her journey serving others non-clinically in healthcare.  She is excited to have recently joined EBH.  Elisabeth loves the commitment displayed daily by the Empower Behavioral Health employees, their dedication to the children, and their attitude toward serving others.

Outside of work, Elisabeth enjoys spending quality time with her two girls and husband.



Jessica Sotello
Billing Liaison


Jessica is originally from the small town of Campbellton, TX.  She obtained a certificate in medical billing and coding in 2009 and began her career as an ER admitting clerk at a local hospital.  She then moved to San Antonio in 2011 to further her career in the medical industry and worked alongside the sports medicine field for five years.  She looks forward to her journey with EBH!

Jessica enjoys spending time with her twin boys, Darron and Aaron, and her spouse, Manuel.  They all enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, family barbeques, and trips to the beach!
