Dr. Jennifer Fritz is an Associate Professor of behavior analysis at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and she serves as Director of the Severe Behavior Disorders Research Clinic and Co-Director of the Connecting the Dots program at UHCL's Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities, as well as Director of the Behavior Analysis Program at Texas Children's Hospital's Autism Center.

Dr. Fritz serves as Associate Editor and on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, as a member of the Advisory Board for the TxABA Public Policy Group, and is the Program Chair for the Professional Track of the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis annual conference. In the past, she has served as President of TxABA and Secretary of the TxABA Public Policy Group, as well as Program Chair of the Autism Track for the TxABA annual conference and co-chair of the Autism Track for the Association for Behavior Analysis International.

Sarah Lechago is an Associate Professor in the Behavior Analysis master’s program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL). She is the founder and director of the UHCL Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD) Verbal Behavior Clinic (VBC) and Verbal Behavior Clinic-Telehealth (VBC-T). She is also the co-founder and co-director of the UHCL Connecting the Dots (CTD) program.

She has published in numerous journals including Journal of Experimental Analysis of Behavior, The Analysis of Verbal Behavior and the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. She currently serves on the editorial boards for The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice, and the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, and has served as guest reviewer for multiple other journals.

Her research focus includes translational and applied research in verbal behavior, motivating operations, and caregiver and staff training. She is the current Past-President for the Texas Association for Behavior Analysis (TxABA) regional organization.

dr. Heather McGee, PH.D.

Heather M. McGee is an Associate Professor of Psychology and Co-Chair of the Industrial/Organizational Behavior Management graduate programs at Western Michigan University (WMU). She received her B.S. (1998), M.A. (2003), and Ph.D. (2004) from WMU. Dr. McGee is also co-founder of Performance Blueprints, a performance improvement consulting firm specializing in helping small businesses, non-profits & human service settings by providing a variety of consulting and training services.

Dr. McGee has designed, developed and implemented organizational performance solutions in a variety of industries and settings, including autism service agencies, the pharmaceutical industry, education, and health and human services. These solutions have included performance-based instruction, performance management, behavioral systems changes, and lean sigma initiatives.

Dr. McGee is the former Executive Director of the Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Network and serves as an associate editor for the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management (JOBM), on the editorial board for Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors for ALULA, and on Advisory Boards for Empower Behavioral Health, DataFinch Technologies, and Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies.
