Natesh kumar, MBA
CEO & Co-Founder

Mr. Kumar comes to our company with over 10 years of experience in the risk management and finance industry.  He holds an MBA in Operations and Strategy from Southern Methodist University and oversees several businesses.  His specific skills include analytical thinking, financial analysis and valuation of business models, process optimization, data analysis, and project management.

In his current position as EBH's CEO, Mr. Kumar is responsible for the administrative, financial, and operations management of the organization.  He oversees strategic planning for EBH, in addition to budgeting, financial management, contracts, human resources, procurement, compliance, real estate, facilities, information technology, and risk management.

Mr. Kumar's favorite thing about EBH is that we give back to the community and provide substantial progress for children in need.  When he's not at work, Mr. Kumar enjoys spending time with his wife, Reema, and their sons, Nayan and Keshan.  You might also find him watching sports, playing golf, or traveling around the world.

Brittany Sciarillo, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Vice President & Co-Founder

Brittany is a South Texas native and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University where she graduated magna cum laude. She went on to earn a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake where her research focused on behavioral interventions for severe behavior disorders.

Brittany also completed the LoneStar LEND fellowship program based out of the Texas Medical Center which focused on leadership education in autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Brittany has been working with learners with autism and developmental disabilities over 10 years. She has worked in various clinical settings including comprehensive early intervention, severe behavior disorders, and verbal behavior. She also has experience doing school district consultation including teacher and paraprofessional training, as well as in-home parent training.

Brittany has been with EBH since its founding and enjoys working with all the dedicated staff. Her special areas of interest include organizational behavior management, supervising and training future behavior analysts, serving learners with severe behavior disorders, as well as toilet training. Additionally, she has a passion for advocacy at the local, state and national level.

In her free time, Brittany enjoys reading and spending time outside with her husband, Joe, and their son James.

Amit Nadkarni MA, BCBA

Amit is a Native Texan born and raised in Corpus Christi, TX.  He completed his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Psychology with a Global Studies minor at Drury University, Springfield, MO.  He completed his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi.  Upon completion of his master’s degree,

Amit received his Board Certification in Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas, Denton, TX. Amit has been working with individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum, developmental disabilities, behavioral disturbances, and mental disorders since 2002. He has worked in-home, hospital, clinical, school, and natural environment settings providing early intervention, behavioral management, verbal behavior, and parent trainings. Amit has also been a part of a diagnostic team determining the diagnosis of autism and/or related developmental disabilities, alongside developmental pediatricians, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists.

Amit co-founded Empower Behavioral Health and currently works as an advisor to the management team, engaging in discussions and providing input on the future direction of the company.

When he is not at the clinic, you will find Amit enjoying the outdoors and shorelines of the Northeast in Gales Ferry, CT with his wonderful wife, Jankhna, their son, Jahan, and Lab Retriever, Bowe.


Emily Treadway, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Compliance Manager

Emily is a native of Houma, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Disorders in 2013 from Louisiana State University. Emily went on to complete her Master of Arts degree in Special Education, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2015.

Emily began working with individuals with developmental and communication delays during her undergraduate studies and transitioned into the field of ABA in 2012. She joined the EBH team in the Fall of 2013 as a technician and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015. Emily has experience working with individuals with a variety of diagnoses in clinic-based and community-based settings.

Emily has interests in the areas of early intensive behavioral intervention and the treatment of behavioral feeding disorders. Emily also has a passion for assisting children and families in accessing high-quality ABA services and advocating on their behalf in navigating funding sources.

On the weekends, Emily enjoys watching LSU and Saints football with her husband, cooking, and spending time with her family and dog, Daisy.

Anna Sciarillo, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Operations Manager

Anna is a proud native of Houston, Texas. She received her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University in 2013. She went on to pursue her master’s from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she studied special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Anna’s first professional experience in ABA began as a behavior technician in 2012 and she joined the EBH team in the fall of 2013. In 2015, Anna became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has experience with clinic-based, in-home, and community-based treatment. Anna’s interests within the field of ABA include severe behavior and feeding.

Anna is a member of the advisory committee for the Texas Association for Applied Behavior Analysis (TXABA) Public Policy Group. Anna has a passion for advocating for individuals with disabilities and the field of ABA through legislation such as the recent passing of licensure for behavior analysts in the state of Texas.

Anna is a big sports fan and enjoys cheering on her LSU Tigers during football season and the Houston Rockets during basketball season. In her free time, you can find Anna watching Netflix, baking up a new recipe, or playing with her dog, Tobias.

Louisa Hussein, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director, Schertz

Louisa grew up in Kansas and received her Bachelor of General Studies in Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2013.  She then attended the University of Houston- Clear Lake where she earned her Master's in Behavior Analysis.

Louisa has had seven years of clinical experience working one-on-one with typically developing individuals and individuals with developmental disabilities.  During Louisa's career, she has worked with learners focusing on early intervention, reducing severe challenging behaviors, and increasing verbal behavior.  Throughout her experience, she has had the opportunity to teach caregivers, teachers, and paraprofessionals to implement various principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to better support their children or students.

Louisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and experiencing new adventures, playing group sports, and creating DIY projects.


Margaret Parks, M.ED., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director, Brazos Valley

Maggie has worked with children and adolescents with a wide-variety of developmental disabilities including autism spectrum disorder since 2010. She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, and is a Texas certified teacher in K-12 Special Education and Early Childhood- 6th grade generalist.

She completed her internship in the public school setting and continues to provide consultation to school districts on integrating Applied Behavior Analysis into school culture. Maggie has worked in the clinic, home, school, and community-based settings. Her professional interests include early-childhood development, parent training, verbal behavior, and remediating elopement and stereotypical behaviors in the clinic setting. On her days off, Maggie enjoys playing at the park with her daughter and husband.

Armando Botti, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director, NW San Antonio

Armando is a native of Brownsville, Texas, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.  He earned his Bachelor's degree in 2014 from the University of Texas at Brownsville and went on to complete his Master's degree in Special Education, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis, at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2016.

While completing his undergraduate degree, Armando began working with individuals with disabilities, and he began his work in the field of ABA in 2014.  Armando joined the EBH team in the Spring of 2017 as a technician and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst a few months later. Armando has experience working with individuals in clinic, home, and community-based settings.

Armando’s behavioral interests are in the area of early intensive behavioral intervention. Armando enjoys working to help others in any way possible, and he has a passion for assisting individuals with disabilities and their families by providing quality ABA services.

Outside of work, Armando enjoys watching and playing sports, playing video games, exercising, and spending time with his friends and family.

Marilyse Tucker, M.S., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director, San Angelo

Marilyse is a West Texas native, raised in San Angelo, Texas. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Texas Christian University in 2013 and went on to earn her Master’s Degree at the University of North Texas in Behavior Analysis in December 2016. Marilyse joined EBH in 2016 as a supervisor after 4 years in the field and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in March 2017.

Marilyse really enjoys the willingness of all staff to help each other when needed and the communal culture of EBH. EBH’s teaching of different safety skills and emphasis on the importance of teaching these skills aligns with her passion for safety skills and has the potential to increase her research in this area. Marilyse has also really enjoyed being able to closely supervise staff and help them grow professionally and personally.


After work, Marilyse drives back to her home to cheer TCU on to victory with her husband, Dason, and two dogs, Smokey and Penny.


Clinical Director, EL PASO

Yvette was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas- El Paso in 2012. Yvette completed her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Texas- San Antonio in 2015. Yvette has experience working as a speech-language pathology assistant before beginning her career in behavior analysis.

Yvette joined EBH early 2017 and earned her BCBA in November 2017. Yvette has experience providing services to individuals in clinic, in-home, and community-based settings. Yvette’s areas of interest are effective supervision, verbal behavior, and early intervention. When not at work you can find Yvette enjoying a book, spending time with friends and family, and playing with her two dogs Munchkin and Rowdy.
