Natesh Kumar

Mr. Kumar is the Chief Executive Officer of Circle of Care and Empower Behavioral Health; two healthcare companies focused on providing therapy services to individuals of all ages. Very few providers in Texas are equipped to offer this comprehensive range of services while providing individualized care plans for the patient and their family.  Natesh is passionate about the mission of providing accessible services to individuals and is excited to continue to grow the business. Natesh also sits on several Executive and Investment Boards, including Driscoll Children’s Hospital.

Mr. Kumar is also very active in healthcare professional organizations such as BHCOE and recently co-founded a podcast with CASP called PodCASP. When he’s not at work, Mr. Kumar enjoys spending time with his wife, Reema, and their beautiful children. You might also find him watching sports, playing golf, or traveling worldwide. Mr. Kumar holds an MBA in Operations and Strategy from Southern Methodist University and an undergraduate in Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas. He has held executive positions for 15 years and oversees several businesses in various industries. He specializes in financial analysis and valuation of business models, process optimization, and project management.
